We got the quiet overnight session we expected, and for now the day session is shaping up the same way. When conditions are like this, it’s important to stay open-minded — markets can offer everything or absolutely nothing. That means patience is the trade. Instead of forcing action, it’s about waiting to see if a clean setup actually develops and being comfortable standing aside if it doesn’t.
If opportunity does show up, the first couple of hours will likely be the window to focus on. That’s where liquidity and participation tend to concentrate, especially on slower days. As we move into the afternoon, expect the pace to fade and ranges to tighten, which often turns trading into more work than it’s worth. Stay selective, stay disciplined, and let the market come to you 💪
